Central Registration Depository (CRD^®) 2009 FINRA Renewal Program

The FINRA Renewal Program facilitates the annual renewal of broker-dealer firms' and their registered representatives' FINRA, state/jurisdiction and SRO registrations. Preliminary Renewal Statements for the renewal of 2009 registrations will be available on Web CRD on November 10, 2008.

• Mass Transfer Moratorium: There will be a moratorium on mass transfers from December 13, 2008 through January 15, 2009. The last day firms will be able to request a mass transfer to occur in 2008 is November 19, 2008.
