Web EFT^SM

Why subscribe to Web EFT? Web EFT is a secure, state-of-the-art electronic file transfer application that eliminates the need for firms to manually submit online form filings to Web CRD^®. By providing a mechanism to submit batch transmissions over the Internet, Web EFT can significantly streamline registration processing by reducing the amount of time and effort needed to manually file Form U4, Form U5, Form BR and NRF. In addition to supporting batch transmissions to Web CRD & IARD, Web EFT also allows firms to receive daily and weekly downloads such as accounting transactions, exam results, terminations, and fingerprint statuses directly from Web CRD & IARD. Firms can then easily upload registration-related data as needed into their internal systems.

 

With the deployment of the Branch Office functionality in Web CRD, Web EFT offers firms the ability to easily associate registered individuals to a branch office in a single batch file.

Web EFT Availability *

 

The Web EFT Test Environment, https://fsgtest6.finra.org/, is available as follows:

 

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Eastern Time (ET)

 

The Web EFT Production "Live" Environment is available as follows:

 

Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., ET.
Web EFT is also generally available three Saturdays of each month from 8 a.m., ET until 6 p.m., ET.

 

*Availability is subject to change and updates will be communicated via the Broadcast Message in Web CRD.

 

Subscription Services

 

Subscription fees for this secure, web-based technology are assessed annually as follows:

 

• Form Filing Fee: $3,600 per year

• Data Download Fee: $1,800 per year
